🏁 WEC GT7 – Season 9 Officially Announced

La Saison 9 du championnat WEC GT7 est officiellement annoncée. Une nouvelle page s'ouvre pour les pilotes engagés dans cette compétition d'endurance inspirée du FIA World Endurance Championship, au cœur de Gran Turismo 7.

Après le succès des saisons précédentes, cette neuvième édition marque une nouvelle étape dans l'évolution du championnat, avec une volonté claire : élever encore le niveau de réalisme, de compétitivité et d'engagement sportif. Fidèle à l'esprit du WEC, la saison 9 mettra l'accent sur la régularité, la stratégie et le respect en piste.

🔧 Une saison axée sur la stratégie et la constance

Au programme :

• Des courses d'une durée comprise entre 1 heure et 2 heures
• Une gestion précise des pneus, du carburant et du trafic
• Des batailles intenses du départ jusqu'au drapeau à damier
• Un règlement pensé pour garantir équité et immersion
• Chaque manche représentera un défi complet, où la performance pure devra s'allier à l'intelligence de course.
• 🏎️ Des pilotes prêts à en découdre
• Les concurrents engagés auront l'opportunité de défendre leurs couleurs tout au long d'un calendrier inspiré des plus grandes courses d'endurance. La Saison 9 s'annonce déjà comme l'une des plus disputées de l'histoire du championnat WEC GT7.

GT3 and Hypercars reunited for a spectacular endurance season.

The WEC GT7 championship returns in force for its Season 8, ready to make circuits and paddocks roar from .. /2025. True to its proven format, the competition will see the sharpest GT3s and the most advanced Hypercars of the moment face each other in a series of events where strategy, performance and regularity will be the keys to victory.

Through day and night races, on dry or soaked asphalt, the tension will continue to rise. Each turn will be an opportunity, each relay a decisive moment.

Two categories. Only one goal: to push the limits.

Changes to the Qualifying Format

After receiving several pieces of feedback, we have decided to modify the qualifying program. These changes will take effect starting from the next race weekend, May 9–10.

Here are the new procedures:

• The lobby will open at 8:50 PM.
• All drivers must be present in the lobby at that time.

Qualifying Schedule:

• First, the GT3 cars will qualify with a 20-minute session, during which the HyperCar drivers will need to observe and wait.
• Then, the HyperCars will have their own 20-minute qualifying session.

December 17, 2022 marked the very first race of the championship… Today, December 17, 2024, after six seasons and more than two years of existence, we have come an incredible way together. A huge thank you to all for your support and passion that have made this adventure a real success!

And to celebrate our 2 years, we are organizing a Le Mans Classic on February 15 at 9 p.m. Absolutely everyone can participate, whether you are an experienced driver or a newcomer. Registrations are now open!

Come in large numbers for this exceptional event and let's celebrate this great adventure together!

Alpine on the roof of the world!

On Saturday, November 16, Racing Group No. 1 was at Dragon Trail for the 2nd Round of the championship. In a race lasting one hour in total

It was the Alpine that emerged as the big winner of this crazy race, full of twists and turns. With the outstanding mastery of LaFleur_Jaune, the French team managed, somehow, to slip its 2nd driver Kuutz to the 2nd step of the podium. It collected a total of points, and thanks to this it kept its comfortable first place with total points.
